- Alcatel-Lucent OmniSwitch OS6850-24 is stackable, fixed configuration chassis in a 1U form factor. They can be optionally equipped with pluggable SFP and XFP transceivers (depending on the model) that support short, long and very long distances. It offers customers a vast selection of switch and power options so that they can prevent over or under provisioning power to their switch and save money by not having to purchase more than they need. All of the OmniSwitch 6850 chassis support redundant, dual hot-swappable AC, DC or PoE power supplies.
