- The third-generation Fusion-io flash adapters are split into two System x product lines: IBM Enterprise Value io3 Flash Adapters for System x and IBM Enterprise io3 Flash Adapters for System x.These new flash adapters deliver twice the capacity with 6.4 TB being the highest and they also deliver increased performance of previous generation with the fastest write performance of any flash medium currently in the market.The IBM Enterprise Value io3 Flash Adapters for System x and IBM Enterprise io3 Flash Adapters for System x are covered under IBM warranty. These drives carry a 1-year limited warranty, or when installed in a System x server, these drives assume the system's base warranty. Solid-state devices do have finite write or program/erase cycles (P/E cycles) and are listed as Total Bytes Written (TBW). Refer to the Limitations section and the device specifications for details.
