- The HP BladeSystem p-Class infrastructure offer two flexible blade power schemes to fit the small offices and remote sites up to the largest data centers. The new 1U all-in-one power enclosure provides hot-plug, redundant power for a single enclosure of blades from standard single-phase AC inputs, making it ideal for small office and remote site blade deployments. HP provides an efficient rack-centralized power subsystem that provides redundant, scalable power to all server blades in a rack. The rack-centralized power subsystem includes: 3U Power enclosures - holds the hot-plug power supplies Hot-plug Power supplies - convert single-phase or three-phase AC inputs to -48 volt DC power Power distribution - carries the DC power from the power enclosure(s) to the server blade enclosures in the rack.
